FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When can I join the Youngsters Club?
From the age of 10 and with skiing ability at the "Blue" level – see level classification.
What are the advantages of the Youngsters Club?
With a group size of max. 5 kids, each participant receives efficient and individual attention. Lessons take place in the mornings only, so in the afternoons teens can ski with parents or friends, or take part in other activities.
What do we need to take care of before the course starts?
Please come to our office the day before or at least 30 minutes before the course begins with your reservation or booking confirmation to collect the course ticket, safety vest, and information about the meeting point.
What do we need to do on-site if we’ve already booked and paid online?
Please come to our office the day before or at least 30 minutes before the course begins with your reservation or booking confirmation to collect the course ticket, safety vest, and information about the meeting point.
Where does the group assignment take place?
In the practice area at the beginner’s slope – this is our central meeting point, easily accessible for both children and parents (including non-skiers). If a child’s skill level is not quite suitable for the Youngsters Club, we can quickly adjust without delaying the rest of the group.
Which languages do the instructors speak?
All our ski and snowboard instructors speak GERMAN and ENGLISH. Many also speak additional languages (Russian, Czech, Polish, Hungarian, Dutch, Danish, etc.). Please note: In group lessons, we cannot guarantee a specific language other than German or English.
