Please come to our office the day before or at least 30 minutes before the course starts with your reservation / booking confirmation to pick up your course ticket, safety vest and information about the meeting point for the course start.

Wherever it suits you best – at the valley or mountain station, in the beginner area, or individual meeting points in the ski area (e.g. at a hut after lunch).
The meeting point will be agreed with you at our ski school office upon arrival.
We offer various meeting points that can be arranged flexibly depending on skill level and lesson time, so you can plan your (ski) day in the best way possible.

Wherever it works best for you.
The end of each lesson can be agreed individually and flexibly during the course with your ski instructor.

All our ski and snowboard instructors speak GERMAN and ENGLISH.
Many of our instructors also speak additional languages (Russian, Czech, Polish, Hungarian, Dutch, Danish, etc.).
Please note that in group courses we cannot guarantee that the instructor will speak any language other than German and English.
