Please come to our office the day before your course starts or at least 30 minutes before with your reservation/booking confirmation to pick up your course ticket, safety vest, and information about the meeting point.

It depends on your experience – as a complete BEGINNER who has never skied before, you do not need a lift pass on the first day. Your instructor will let you know at the end of the first day whether you’ll need one for the next day or later.
For participants with some basic experience, we also recommend buying the lift pass only after consulting with your instructor on-site. Weather and snow conditions play a big role in beginner and early intermediate lessons, so we decide daily where the lessons will take place.

That depends on your individual learning pace. Progress with a focus on safety is our priority. Solid basic technique training in easy terrain (beginner area) is essential for having fun on the slopes later.

Based on the group setup and learning progress, our instructors will decide individually when the right time is to move from the beginner area up to the mountain.

You are welcome to extend your group course after the initial 3 days. Extensions* are available per day and can be noted by your instructor and booked and paid for in our ski school office.
*Please note that an extension is only possible if at least 3 participants from the same group take part in the additional days.

All our ski and snowboard instructors speak GERMAN and ENGLISH.
Many instructors also speak additional languages (Russian, Czech, Polish, Hungarian, Dutch, Danish, …). Please note that in group courses, we cannot guarantee that the instructor will speak a language other than German or English.
