Yes, on-site bookings are of course possible. However, we cannot guarantee availability for all courses at short notice.

NO – The lift pass is not included in course or lesson prices. You can find details about ticket prices and conditions on the website of Gasteiner Bergbahnen or Ski amadé.

That depends on your skill level and age. Children under 6 years generally do not need a lift pass; they receive a free keycard at the lift ticket office. Beginners (children from 7 or adults) do not need a lift pass at the start – our beginner practice area is free to use. Your ski instructor will let you know when a lift pass is required, usually from the 2nd or 3rd day.
If you already have some skiing or snowboarding experience, you will need a lift pass from day one.

NO – Ski equipment is not included in the course or lesson price. In cooperation with the ski rental "Berglift," you get a 10% discount on rental equipment when booking private lessons. For kids, we offer discounted packages (lesson + equipment) with bookings of 5 days or more.

From the first day of lessons. This also applies to toddlers in "Bambini on Skis" and all children's courses.

All of our ski and snowboard instructors speak GERMAN and ENGLISH.
We also offer lessons in other languages like Russian, Czech, Polish, Hungarian, Dutch, Danish, etc. If you want a specific language, please let us know in advance by email or phone – we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that in group lessons we cannot guarantee a specific language other than German or English.

NO – You can simply show your booking confirmation on your smartphone.

YES – As a family, you can book our Ski Exchange. Please note: Based on our experience, lessons for the whole family together are usually less effective than separate lessons for kids and adults. Feel free to contact us anytime via email or phone if you have questions.

Up to 45 days before the course starts. You get a 5% early booking discount on any booking made at least 30 days before the course via our online shop or email.

If you need to cancel or stop your course due to health reasons, please provide a medical certificate from a local doctor. If you cannot travel to Gastein at all, we require a doctor’s certificate from your home physician and a cancellation confirmation from your accommodation.

YES – We offer ski lessons for people with disabilities. Please contact us directly via email or phone.
