FAQs for "Adult Courses"

You are welcome to extend your group course after 3 days. The extension* is on a daily basis and can be booked directly with your ski instructor. It can then be booked and paid for at our ski school office.
*Please note that an extension is only possible if at least 3 participants from the same group take part on the extension days.

Please come to our office the day before or at least 30 minutes before the meeting time with your reservation/booking confirmation and pick up your course ticket, safety vest, and information about the meeting point for the start of the course.

Depending on your previous experience – as a complete BEGINNER who has never been on skis before, you do not need a ski pass for the first day. Your ski instructor will let you know in good time at the end of the previous day’s lesson whether you will need a lift pass for the second day or later.
We also recommend that participants who already have some basic experience purchase their lift ticket on site after consulting with their ski instructor. Weather and snow conditions have a major impact on learning success, especially in beginner and slightly advanced lessons, so we decide on a daily basis where the lessons will take place.

That depends on the individual learning speed. Progress while taking safety into account is our top priority. Thoroughly learning and consolidating basic skiing techniques on easy terrain (practice area) is essential for having fun on the mountain later on.

Depending on the group constellation and learning progress, our ski instructors decide individually for each group when the right moment has come to make the leap from the practice area to the mountain.

All of our ski and snowboard instructors speak GERMAN and ENGLISH.
We have many ski instructors who also speak other languages (Russian, Czech, Polish, Hungarian, Dutch, Danish, etc.). Please note that in group courses, there is no guarantee that the group instructor will speak a specific language other than German and English. For other languages, you can contact us at any time by phone or email.
